A2BE Inc. — Stamford, Connecticut

AI-powered healthcare revenue operations and automation.

A2BE builds and operates AI systems that automate high-volume healthcare administrative work — claims, billing, verification, audit, and reporting — with human review on every output. The company is a Connecticut corporation founded on fourteen-plus years of healthcare operations with revenue-cycle and third-party billing as a continuing responsibility and, since 2024, production AI systems engineering. Human judgment goes where it belongs: exceptions, disputes, and quality assurance.

The thesis

The automation-first thesis

Most high-volume healthcare administrative work is automatable nearly end to end.

Claims submission, eligibility verification, billing follow-up, audit preparation, and reporting are structured, rule-governed, and repetitive — exactly the work that modern AI systems handle well when they are engineered with review and audit controls from the start.

The scarce resource is human judgment, and it should be concentrated on exceptions, disputes, and quality assurance rather than routine throughput. A2BE designs revenue operations around that division of labor.

Capabilities

What we do

01

Revenue-cycle automation

End-to-end claims operations: charge capture, claims submission, coordination of benefits, denial management and appeals, collections follow-up, credentialing support, and payer contracting workflows. We automate the routine volume and route exceptions to experienced human reviewers. The workflows are built by a principal who has run every one of these functions manually, at scale, before automating them.

02

Claims and denial analytics

Multi-agent AI pipelines that analyze millions of structured records to surface denial patterns, payer behavior, aging risk, and reporting gaps. Output is decision-ready analysis with the underlying records traceable, not dashboards that require a second analysis to interpret.

03

Audit-first decision infrastructure

For regulated workflows, automation is only as good as its audit trail. A2BE engineers systems where program rules are declarative configuration, every automated decision records the exact policy version that produced it, and logs are hash-chained and tamper-evident. This architecture is built and operating today in VIGIL, our FDA REMS operations platform.

04

Government market research and teaming

A2BE responds to federal and state market research — RFIs and Sources Sought notices — as a self-identified small business under NAICS 518210, 524292, and 541611. We are available as a subcontractor or teaming partner to primes that need healthcare revenue-operations automation capability inside a larger delivery footprint.

Capacity model

How we work

A2BE is founder-operated and delivers through three layers of capacity, sized to the engagement.

  1. Layer 1

    Production AI-agent operation

A production AI-agent operation runs daily: multiple concurrent maximum-tier Claude (Anthropic) subscriptions orchestrating multi-agent workflows. In peak months this operation has run as many as 17,000 orchestrated agent sessions and roughly 200 million tokens per month across providers. Every output receives human review before it goes anywhere.

  2. Layer 2

    Subcontractor network

An on-call network of experienced medical billing and coding subcontractors, engaged as engagement volume and specialty mix require. This keeps expert human review scalable without carrying idle headcount.

  3. Layer 3

    Teaming

For engagements that require a full staffing footprint, A2BE teams with partner firms and operates as the automation and revenue-operations component of a larger delivery organization.

Platform — VIGIL

VIGIL: audit-first architecture, built and operating

VIGIL is an FDA REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) operations platform that A2BE built and operates. Program rules are expressed as declarative configuration rather than buried in code. Every decision the system makes records a per-decision policy hash — the exact policy version that produced it. The audit log is hash-chained and tamper-evident, and the platform carries more than 500 automated tests.

Platforms

Built and operating

The same automation-first, audit-first architecture, applied across regulated domains. Each platform below is designed, built, and operated by A2BE and is live today.

01

AVOWAL

A legal operations platform for limited-scope, AI-managed casework: verified client intake, matter management, docket infrastructure, and native macOS and iOS clients on a shared OpenAPI spine. Built for a delivery model in which routine casework runs on orchestrated AI and attorneys supervise by exception.

02

Footing

Connecticut family court, in plain language: a guidance and document-drafting application for self-represented litigants, grounded in a statistical analysis of more than 56,000 Connecticut family-court cases and rendered to court-ready formats — with unauthorized-practice-of-law guardrails designed in from the start.

03

A.R. Pro Se

Strategic operations for self-represented litigants: structured filing practice, court-rules knowledge bases built from official sources, and statewide docket analytics. The knowledge-engineering discipline behind it — structured legal corpora, retrieval tooling, and statistical analysis of court records at scale — is the same discipline A2BE brings to institutional knowledge-base work.

Record

Principal's record

A2BE's principal is Abraham Rosenwald. His record spans fourteen-plus years of healthcare operations in which revenue-cycle and third-party billing was a continuing responsibility — followed by production AI systems engineering since 2024.

  1. 2010 — 2018

Practice management with full revenue-cycle ownership

Managed aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic-surgery practices, owning the complete revenue cycle: charge capture, provider documentation, and collections. Client practice revenue up to 166 percent during this period.

  2. Founding principal, medical billing company

The most concentrated form of this work: end-to-end claims operations for nine anesthesia practices and surgical centers across two states — claims submission, coordination of benefits, denial management and appeals, collections, credentialing, and payer contracting with Medicare and commercial carriers. Collection rates rose by 10 percent or more in under twelve months.

  3. Systems and training

Founding beta user of the ModMed EMR, collaborating directly with its development team. Delivered formal staff training for teams of 10 to 20.

  4. 2024 —

    Production AI engineering

Designed and operates production AI systems: multi-agent pipelines analyzing millions of structured records, LLM orchestration with structured tool use, and AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFront, SES, Cognito) powering multiple live applications.
